Description

A cluster of blackberries, their fall tinted leaves and white blossoms of the future make a crisp composition by Arthur Comyn. And he artist signed twice; interwoven AC on the front and A Comyn on the back. The size is 8-3/4 inches in diameter painted on a Rosenthal, Bavaria blank (every bit as fine porcelain as that from Limoges or Austria). It bears the Pickard China mark 5 (1905-1910) and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or even loss of gold on the rim.
