Description

OFFERED ... a set of four mid-century modern porcelain cups designed by Raymond Loewy for Rosenthal, in the "Crystalline" pattern, referred to as Form 2000; taupe/brown color with iridescence; circa 1950's. Each cup measures 4.25 inches in diameter and stands 2.25 inches tall. All four cups were recently acquired by me. A notable feature are the varying printed backstamps on the cups. I am providing photographs of each backstamp, one of which includes the signature of designer Raymond Loewy. To maintain their vintage beauty, hand washing is recommended. Nice replacement or completer pieces. They are in very good preowned vintage condition with only minor surface wear as expected with age and use.
