Description

This lovely set of five Rosenthal porcelain dessert / bread and butter plates feature bouquets of colorful and delicate flowers. The plates have alternating panels of basketweave embossing around the rim, which has a scalloped edge. The edge is gilded, and the flowers are partially hand painted. They would be a beautiful addition to a dessert, breakfast, or tea table, or grouped together as a display. The base mark is green with a crown and flowers, and it reads Rosenthal Germany. The plates are approximately 6" in diameter and 1/2" tall. They have a little wear to the gilded edge, but all plates are otherwise in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
