Description

This Rosenthal Carmen Bavaria tureen is a beautiful addition to any kitchen or collectibles display. The romantic pink rose pattern and touch of gilding around the rim and lid fit in perfectly with a cottage core aesthetic. The dish measures approximately 7 1/2 inches in diameter (including the handles) and 4 inches high. This piece is in very good used condition with only a few flea bites on the underside that do not affect how it sits on your table. There are no nicks or chips on the rim or lid, but there is some sign of wear of the gold in these areas commensurate with the piece's age (please see pictures). A satin ribbon has been added to the lid to make it easy to open, but this could be removed if desired. This original serving dish from Rosenthal is a must-have for antique collectors and flower enthusiasts alike.
