Description

Vintage Rosenthal Porcelain Bowl R. Peynet Music Lovers #1534 Made in Germany 9.25" Beautiful vintage (1940s) porcelain bowl by Raymond Peynet for Rosenthal Germany. The bowl is oval but asymmetrical – higher at the back than the front. The artwork is called “Music Lovers” with a man playing a bass and a woman playing a harp, surrounded by animals and vegetation. The back is marked “Rosenthal Germany 1534”, and an impression of "2205". The bowl is 3 ½” tall at the back and 3 ¼” at the front by 9 ¼” across and 8 ¼” front-to-back. This piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks that I can see. All my items are sold AS IS regardless of the condition.
